Q: How long have you worked at Cornelius Systems?
A: I have worked at Cornelius for 8 years.
Q: What drew you to this field, and how did you get started?
A: My father-in-law started Cornelius Systems, and I came in as a tech.
Q: Describe your day-to-day responsibilities at Cornelius Systems!
A: I manage ATM deployment projects from start to finish, ensuring all technical, operational, and compliance requirements are met. This includes coordinating and verifying network and connectivity configurations to ensure secure, reliable ATM performance. I also provide comprehensive customer training on system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices, along with post-installation support and follow-ups to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Q: Which of your professional accomplishments at Cornelius Systems are you most proud of?
A: Working on projects and ensuring our customers are genuinely satisfied with the product is incredibly rewarding to me. Seeing that the solution meets their needs and enhances their experience is what gives me real fulfillment in my role.
Q: What aspect of Cornelius Systems makes you proud to work here?
A: I’m proud to be part of Cornelius Systems because we have a team that supports each other, communicates well, and works towards shared goals.
Q: What advice would you give someone just starting their career in your field?
A: My biggest piece of advice to someone starting a position in my field would be that patience is a virtue!
Q: What are your biggest professional goals for the next 5 years?
A: In the next 5 years, I plan to deepen my technical understanding of our systems and products so I can be even more effective in project oversight and customer support.
Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
A: Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, as well as golfing, hunting, and cooking.
Q: Do you have any other memories with Cornelius Systems you would like to share?
A: Cornelius was always one of the top ATM companies in Michigan, and when they approached me, I didn’t hesitate to come on board!
