As President and CEO since 2009, Todd has overseen the company’s expansion beyond its Michigan roots, acquiring businesses in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Under his leadership, Cornelius Systems has grown from a team of 12 to 47, emphasizing the importance of creating a work environment where employees can thrive and succeed.
Todd’s customer-centric approach is built on the power of long-term relationships and a commitment to exceptional service. His leadership has helped Cornelius Systems become a trusted partner for community banks, credit unions, and retailers throughout the Midwest. Prior to his role as CEO, Todd spent 15 years in sales and business development, where he managed strategic accounts and implemented repeatable sales processes that contributed to the company’s ongoing success.

Tom Sikora Jr.

Tom Sikora Jr. serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cornelius Systems, Inc., bringing over two decades of experience in operations, sales, customer service, and security. Since stepping into his role as COO in January 2024, Tom has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and optimizing service delivery across the company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Operations at Cornelius, where he played a key role in improving internal processes and service performance.
Tom’s extensive career includes leadership roles at Edge One, LLC, where he oversaw business operations and led the Armored Division, and NCR Corporation, where he managed territory performance and customer satisfaction. His leadership philosophy is rooted in fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. With a background in the security industry, Tom founded and managed Triad Protection Agency Inc., a successful security firm serving the greater Detroit area.
A graduate of Macomb Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, Tom holds several industry certifications and remains committed to delivering the highest standards of service in the financial equipment and security sectors.

Jaclyn’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from Walsh College, where she developed the expertise that has driven her success in finance.

Timothy Thomas Boehne

In addition to her role at Cornelius Systems, Maranda co-owns Winestein’s Tasting Room, an experience-focused wine shop and bar in Grapevine, Texas, where she shares her passion for wine exploration and education. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
